Horrible Customer Service – Bought a new car from Lundgren and loved the sales process. Went back for some service and all I got was headaches. My car was damaged repeatedly by their service department. Will never return for service and will never recommend them to any one!!! And I also tried to contact the managers and it tooks so long to get a response. Overall, very disgusted with their customer service. I would have given no starts as a rating, but that was not an option. The sales person I worked with got the one star.
LOVE them! – I just responded to the one star review and thought I needed to review Lundgren myself. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Lundgren. Their sales staff is no pressure and they really take the time to answer all your questions. Their service staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they offer loaner vehicles, or a ride to and from your work or home if needed. I have used both options. I really can't think of a bad experience that I have had with them. Lundgren has me as a customer for life!
Not Recommended--Leaves Customers High & Dry – The customer service sense is very poor. They will not correct their own mistakes (I never expected to fail the state inspection so soon!) Despite all the promises and advertising of "We're with you every step of the way, contact us 24/7..." and so on, you're really on your own no matter what. The business about providing loaner cars is a total mirage! Ditto in regards to encouraging you to e-mail the service manager or owner with concerns.
