One Star is too much for this company. All the plumbing was done incorrectly, they ruined my brand new bathroom floor because they drilled 3 holes in it to bring the new sink drain pipe in, rather than put it through the wall that was open to the studs so they could run plumbing through the wall like it's supposed to be. I called the owner to come to my house to look at it, so we could try to fix it and have them do what we asked them to do in the first place.
