I am very Grateful for Lund Mortgage we were in an extremely High Interest Adjustable Rate loan which was awful every year it would increase. I’ve been trying for 3 years to get a Refinance Done and was Turned down by 2 other Mortgage Teams. What a pleasant, painless experience. Matt and Nicole addressed all of my concerns promptly and efficiently and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
My brothers were trying to refinance their house and the Lund team has messed it up from the start. instead of a refi Lund pre-qualified them for a new home loan. how can you make this type of mistake? They never respond to inquiries, other than to say, "we'll look into this and get back to you". Then nothing but crickets! I was looking into buying a home, but I will avoid Lund Mortgage like the plague.
you might want to re-think the $500. charge just to *file paperwork* that really sucked!
The Lund Team made my loan process smooth and stress-free.
