With the first adjustment, I wasn,t convinced that I needed chiropractic care. But with the second adjustment, I felt as if Dr. Lund had untied a knot in my back that had been there for years. I have been going to Dr. Lund for the past 6 months, receiving an adjustment every week to two weeks. Upper back pains that I have had for years have gone away or are decreasing in severity. My lower back pains have subsided and my stiff and grinding neck has improved drastically.
When I first went to Dr. Lund, I could barely sit, stand, walk, or sleep without having to adjust my posture secondary to my back pain. After just one adjustment, I was able to do all those things without any pain.
