Jacy rescued my not so good$180 hair color about 6 months ago(my color looked EXACTLY like my sister's Garnier Fructis $7 box color), and I have been going back to her regularly. Not only was it less expensive than the previous place, but I am completely obsessed with the work she does. She is so amazing!!!!! I would even be willing to message you and show you my pictures to show how amazing she is. :)
