I called to get a quote for my salvage vehicle. From the minute the woman answered she couldn’t have been any rider. I was in a good mood laughing at myself and then she asked me “where did you get this number”. I told her from the website and said “why is this not the right number?” And the woman responded “well you’re being really weird and laughing for no reason.” 0/10 customer service.
