Our AC stopped working late at night, and James Hayden, the owner of Lunar Air Systems, answered our call at 11:30 PM. He spent time on the phone guiding us step-by-step to troubleshoot the problem. His technical knowledge was amazing, and he quickly identified the root issue. He even offered to drive out and fix it in person if the phone walkthrough did not work. The owner, James, responded immediately on a busy holiday weekend to help us fix our air conditioning unit. He offered over the phone trouble shooting before coming over the same day to repair our unit. Incredible customer service!

Don’t need to look any further for your HVAC needs. James is the real deal! He is extremely knowledgeable and will provide you the best service. I had the pleasure working with him for an entire furnace replacement to an electric heat pump in attic, and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Doesn’t matter if it’s small or large projects, he is super passionate about his craft and really wants to do a good job.
