I booked an appointment for lashes through the booking system. Got sent confirmation emails and texts, only to find out a few minutes before my appointment that Kirsten was on vacation for 3 weeks. I live 30 minutes away. The receptionists response was "sorry we don't have control over her schedule. She just booth rents from us." Guess what? Booth rental or not Kirsten is a reflection of your business. You should probably tell her to fix her schedule so that other people's time is not wasted.
