Luna marine is a great place from there sales to there service. I give customer service A+.
I had a potential customer reach out and ask for a quote on upgrading speakers on his boat. He stated it was stored at Luna Maine. I reached out to Cody over there and they went above and beyond, allowing me to check out the boat while it was in storage with them. Cody couldn’t be there that day, but Mike stepped right in and facilitated anything I needed. The folks over there are amazing, and customer service is at the front of everything they do! Don’t hesitate to reach out. They are truly customer first.
Very happy with our experience at Luna Marine! Cody and Mike were very helpful in listening to all of our questions and worked with us to find the perfect boat. Very personable and pleasant experience… never felt rushed or pressured. We appreciated their knowledge and honesty. The entire staff and crew were wonderful. Thanks to all of you!
