I attended the hip release yoga class with Liz. It was wonderful!! Her energy and vibes were very warm and accepting and I really enjoyed how she lead the yoga flow. I brought my mother along who had never done a day of yoga in her 70 years of life and Liz adapted each of the movements so she could participate with chair yoga! Highly recommend!! I will be back!
