I’m not someone who usually goes out to get my nails done, but this time I decided to because I had a wedding to attend. I didn’t know where to go and happened to find this place. It’s a nice-looking salon, and the customer service wasn’t bad. However, I only went there twice, and afterward ALL of my toenails developed a fungal infection. I have a wonderful regular Nail person but she was on vacation (I am extremely loyal!). I went to Luna Nails. Oh my goodness they were fabulous! I would absolutely recommend this place and I will definitely go back when my person is unavailable.
I've been going to this nail salon for about the past year, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I've gone, I've ended up getting cut, either by the nail clippers or the drill. It seems like they aren't as careful as they should be, and it's frustrating to leave an appointment with cuts and sore fingers instead of enjoying the service. My favorite place, hands down! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally talented. They consistently bring my ideas to life and recreate every design I show them with amazing attention to detail. I always leave happy with the results. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service!
