Never book with a business who has a 48 hour, inconsistently enforced, cancelation policy with many open appointment slots available foe the day of booking and the upcoming weeks. I've been a customer for small businesses my whole life and have never had this type of experience. I would have expected someone to be more considerate of an urgent family need when there was not a chance at loss of income (appointment would have been moved) and I would have been a returning customer. Pretty unfortunate.
Getting hair treatments from Luna Lu Headspa has been the ultimate way to self care. It is a unique, immersive, personalized experience that I walk away from feeling completely relaxed and learning new things. The carbonated shampoo is next level. So happy to have found this gem of a spa.
Just had an amazing 90-minute treatment at this headspa, and it ended way too fast! Every detail was intentional which created an incredible atmosphere that was both relaxing and invigorating. The staff’s expertise completely changed my understanding of scalp and hair health. Everyone should treat themselves to this amazing experience!
