I had a 7:00 appointment yesterday and they had me standing outside for 10 minutes. Some lady texted me saying she was coming to the door but 5 mins later nobody was there so I drove off. After they had the bloody nerve to text me asking where I was. Maybe have your customers wait in a WAITING ROOM and not alone outside in an empty HOT parking lot. Very disappointed.
She is absolutely amazing! I've recommended her to all of my friends!
