I had a great experience with Luna furniture! I got a bed, couch, loveseat, and recliner and even a table for underneath my big screen TV. All of it was high-quality for a great prize. I really enjoyed my experience they made a way for me in any way that they could to ensure that I was taken care of as a customer and I really appreciate that! They have terrible customer service. I ordered my sofa almost a month ago and still have not received it. Every time I call, they have one excuse after another and promise it will be on the next delivery, only to have no answer when I call on the date it should have been delivered to ask why they did not deliver. I have taken time off of work to wait for this delivery and even paid extra for the "in-home delivery". I am ready to file a police report, as I don't know how to get my money back for a couch that never arrived.
