I ordered a bouquet of 50 roses to be delivered the next day (5/28) between the hours of 5-7pm for my daughter’s graduation today (5/29). I never got as much as a confirmation of my order by text or email. I tried calling every location’s number including the “call center” only to get no answer most of the time. When a few of my calls finally get answered, there’s no response from the other end. I then get a WhatsApp message asking how is it that they can help me.
