Not sure what happened with this company, but I'm still waiting to hear on the fix to my issue. Not to mention the initial install was horrific!!!!
Luna is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. My husband and I made an appointment with them 3 weeks ago for someone to come out and show us some carpet. They called us the day of the appointment to cancel. At that time they rescheduled it for the next night. They told us someone would be out between 6-8pm.
