Terrible Customer Service This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Once you purchase your vehicle, do not expect customer service. If they make a mistake, they WILL become rude and insolent. I was transferred four times and never to the right person. After speaking with Rudy, who yelled at me (I have a recording of the entire conversation) he stated that if I would have just mentioned the right thing, I would have been helped properly. If you can go anywhere else, please do.

customer review - R. Floyd I purchased a vehicle on May 1, 2019. Before the purchase I noted check engine light. Carlos and Estela promised that the Problem was a sensor and had been taken care of. After the purchase the light came back on in three days. Again they took the car to their service and said it had been repaired. This happened three more times in thirty days. Luna give a full service Luna gives full service from the beginning. And there with you after the sale with an excellent service department. At the best prices. The service rep will take his time and explain what needs to be taken care of. I'm the type of person to call around for the best prices. Know one has beat the price for the service we get. 2 Cars Purchased I've bought 2 cars from Luna Car Center and both are still running and haven't experienced any issues with either cars. My first car was purchased several years ago and was a 2004 Saturn. That car still runs like a champ. I change the oil every 3,000 miles and keep the tires inflated and it still gives me great gas mileage. My latest car is a 2014 Nissan, and again it also runs like a champ. Typical Shady Used Car Dealership Salesman was friendly and helpful, however, management failed to divulge a problem with the vehicle which I specifically asked about. Within a week of ownership the vehicle began to fail. I discovered from the vehicle service log that the issue had been reported by the pervious owner (6000 miles before I purchased the car) Luna car center had been in possession of the vehicle for 1000 miles. It was all rather fishy. Good price but not trustworthy.
