After calling to make appointments for my wedding party, we were all bumped by another wedding party. We had specifically gotten permission from the manager to schedule the appointments. Less than a week later I received a phone call that they had overbooked my party and we needed to move our appointments up by 5 hours, to accomodate the other party.
