Happy to be living in Fountain Hills again and I absolutely love this community. It’s comfortable, clean, scenic, and peaceful. Management is communicative and friendly, and the maintenance team is simply the best. I am very pleased with this community, and I cannot recommend it enough.
The staff here is top notch!! Plus the fact that it being a "smaller" community, the maintaince personnel comes by for your work orders pretty quickly!!
