Management at Luna is terrible. Evelyn met with my sister and encouraged us to apply, even after my sister said we were looking for a place on short notice. We applied on the 1st of August. It is now nearing the end of September and at every step along the process we have tried to reach out for information about our application, and received little to no response every time. I lived here for a couple of years and absolutely loved it and miss it already! The location is fantastic, it's a great neighborhood and has beautiful views, especially during the summer months. You're never far away from the city or any regular conveniences like groceries. Units are definitely small but they're well laid out and maintained and the views from the roof are just fantastic! There's a nice little TV room as well. The manager is really nice too! I miss Luna!
I do enjoy my living experience here but I truly do not appreciate the management’s customer service. I moved into my apartment and there was mold inside my washer and it smells. The dishwasher was not clean and my shower drain was draining slowly. I sent some of these pictures and requested for cleaners within the first 2 days since move-in, the only response I got was “Thank you Alex.” I didn’t respond back as they have not addressed my concerns about the cleanliness I moved into and I just proceeded to clean as much as I ... read more
Update! Since I last posted regarding Luna, it is fair to say that since there have been so many turnovers in Management, Luna has lost it’s original appeal for my husband and I. It is a nice quiet, safe, no drama apartment. However, there’s not a lot that sets it apart from other apartments that are actually less expensive than Luna. But take a look around! Come over! Check it out! Feels like a great community without drama, peaceful, good/ fun/ professional management team- on top of things. Safe environment!
