During my time living at Luna, the building management staff has all been extremely helpful. I have had no issues with the building or my unit, and the few problems I have had were always quickly and efficiently handled by Beau James. He is great at his job and always a wonderful person to be around in general.
“I had a fantastic experience touring Luna Apartments! Evan was my guide, and he was very welcoming, friendly, and made the tour entertaining and engaging! Gotta say the views and natural lighting were great which is hard to find now days. He walked us through the amenities and answered all our questions! Highly recommended Luna and talking to Evan!
I rented one of their last short-term furnished apartments. When I moved in, I was welcomed by Scott and Ethan who worked a lot to improve on past security issues and set up systems. The active improvements were initially frustrating as I was unimpressed by the communication, lack of apartment culture, package system, and the rotating point people. I absolutely loved living in this building. It’s clean, the free coffee bar is amazing, the appliances are new. Everything’s been great. My smooth journey and move wouldn’t have been possible without Scott Nelson and Beau James. Beau is the best person ever! Lauren too has been really helpful. Luna Minneapolis is highly recommended!
Everything about the apartment is great, the apartment manager is very considerate, and the apartment has a great dog security guard. I love this apartment! In addition, the maintenance staff of the apartment Beau James is also very considerate. His maintenance service is perfect every time!
