It's not that bad. – I've been to Luna a couple of times when I've been shopping in Atlanta, and the sales associates are not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I was wearing comfortable clothes that I could change in and out of easily and no makeup, and they treated me fine. They greeted me when I came in, asked me if I needed any help, were quick to get me a dressing room when I needed one, helped me find a shirt I wanted, got me different sizes if I needed them, offered to put my clothes back on the rack for me, and... read more
Mediocre – This store has lovely clothes and very snooty individuals who must remember that we are the customers and they are there to cater to us. With the money and caliber of people who shop there, there is really no reason for the poor customer service.
