Was told over the phone by answering machine that I don't need to make appointment for an Xray. I could just do walk in. Arrived at Lumus RH Friday 17th at 3pm with GP reference only to be turn down by reception because I don't have any booking and the reception lady said they NEVER except walk in patient. Please change the bloody answering machine message so you don't waste people's time. Will certainly avoid this place in a futures.

Huge unfortunate about this radiology centre, specifically Rousehill branch. The below msg is sent to the managment team 5 days ago with no response that pushes me to put it as it is on the social media to warn everyone of the bad service.
