I have never felt as relaxed and comfortable during a facial in my entire life! Carmen truly understands skin and will walk you through what type of skin you have and a plan to rejuvenate it. She is knowledgeable and will go through each phase of what she’s doing and how it will help. Plus she offers advice on maintenance! She brings pampering to a whole new level. I only wish I could see her every week!!!!

I have had many facials in my life , but none can come anywhere near the amazing experience that I have had with Carmen.The cleanliness and safety ( she wears a mask) of the room are just a start- the sheets are the softest I have ever felt. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes so much time and care , and I can absolutely feel and see a difference in my skin. This is only after 2 sessions! She adds a lovely massage to the experience. AMAZING!! Carmen truly knows skincare. Her facial treatments are incredible, super relaxing and such a treat! And my skin has never felt better!! I highly recommend she gets 5 stars for sure
