I came in unable to remove my small hoops because the cheap clasps had jammed. I was met with amazing service and professional help. I’m very grateful for how quick they were able to remove the earrings because I was starting to freak out about not being able to remove them.
Excellent. I had to get all of my piercings removed for an MRI. They completely talked me through an anxiety attack & helped me come up with a cool idea for a new piercing as a reward 🥰
