Excellent. I had to get all of my piercings removed for an MRI. They completely talked me through an anxiety attack & helped me come up with a cool idea for a new piercing as a reward 🥰

Had a great experience! Jesse & Vicki were kind, communicative, and prioritized my comfort throughout the experience. Jesse also took the time to thoroughly check if I could have my piercing reopened instead of re-pierced, which I really appreciated. Especially if, piercings & needles make you anxious, I strongly recommend this place and Jesse as a piercer 👍💯
I got a few ear piercings done here at Luminous and the selection of good quality jewelry is great and Jesse and Vickie are very careful, professional and make sure that you are happy with the placement of piercings before doing them. They both have a gentle touch also. Least painful experience in getting piercings.
