I was able to get in with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The shop was conveniently located. The Owner was very nice and the water was hot. That’s where the good experience stops. No hello or intro to who would be servicing me. No conversation. A shop with 5 clients and it was silent. I was not offered a drink or shown a Service List.
