I am so picky and this girl really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect! Kay was so nice and an absolute pleasure! She made the experience so amazing and I Love my nails!
We called and were told to come right over for two mani-pedis. We drove 30 minutes from Long Beach, only to be turned away and then lied to about a “call back” we never received. This was a complete waste of our time and very unprofessional.
We called ahead to make an appointment for two mani-pedis and were told to “come right over they will get things set up for us.” We live in Long Beach and drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told upon arrival that you weren’t taking any more clients. When we explained that we had called beforehand, we were told you had “called us back” to cancel and that never happened.This was extremely frustrating. Our time was wasted, and being lied to directly was disappointing and unprofessional.
I had an amazing experience!! Everyone was super friendly and I loved my service
