Did a wonderful job on my house! A thorough deep clean to include my fridge and oven. They don’t know it but they really saved my life!
I had luminous come out to my home in Royal Palm Beach a four bedroom three bath two-story townhouse approximately 2200 ft.². On time 💥 efficient 💥 attention to detail 💥
Luminous came to clean my guest house. They were there less than 1 hour. Left the house dirty and did not do anything I asked of them. I reached out to voice my complaints they have not responded but charged my card anyways. They charged me for a 2 hour clean when they were there 45 minutes. The floor was left dirty with water pooled in the grout. Left the sink and dishwasher full. Did not clean the fridge even though it was specifically specified. My guest house is still dirty. I tried at least 3 different cleaning companies in palm beach that were all terrible before finding Luminous. I am SO happy with the job they did. They have competitive pricing and the cleaners were SO kind and professional. They also specifically asked me what I’d like them to really pay attention to or prioritize for my cleaning and I really appreciated that. I’ve now booked them for biweekly cleanings!
