They are permenantly closed
I am appalled at the way this office is run, both locally and corporately. My fiance is a patient (although we will never return) and the mistakes, lack of customer service, and complete disregard for patient care have been unbelievable. I run a medical practice and am shocked at what has transpired with LuminCare.
Receptionist informed they no longer take walk-ins, hung up on me and Dr. Kim is no longer there :(
