If I could give a Zero I most certainly would!! I saw Dr Blumenthal a week ago for a condition that was new to me!! I noted on my profile that I suffered from psoriasis and also the meds that I was taking to control my condition. I called yesterday to get a Maintenance med called Clobetasol!! The person I was speaking with was named Jessica!! I told her my concern and she quickly told me I would have to see the doctor!! I said to her I just saw the doctor a week ago! Two years ago this office was great but been back three times and they continue to replace all the staff. It’s a shame cause it’s a really nice and clean office but their PA needs to realize she is in the USA. Be cautious when scheduling an appointment and request to be seen by an actual dermatologist.
I was given a reasonable over the phone, and I drove an hour to the appointment just to be given a completely different unreasonable price in the office with out even being seen by the doctor. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and do not recommend!
