To Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at your salon. During my appointment to have my nails and pedicure done, my sandals were damaged while in the care of your establishment. Based on the circumstances, the damage appears to have occurred either by the nail technician, the pedicure chair, or a combination of both. Atmosphere and service was great. However I was not informed that color was not included into basic pedicure. 24$ difference for polish onto 36$ service. Insanity. Never again.
My granddaughter and myself go twice a month for our day of pampering. She is only 6 but she loves it. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Always satisfied and our nails look great.
I got a pedicure here earlier and the servicer was great and did a great job. The reason I’m leaving a review is because apart for paying $20 extra for gel French tip which is understandable I got charged an extra $5 for requesting a base color under the French tip. No where online on the services menu does it say that’s an extra charge. Now I know it’s only $5 but it’s the principle of always adding small charges and fees which add up.
