Lilly constantly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done to perfection. She consults with me from the beginning of my appointments to the end to make my visions come to life. She works aside me to to pick the most beautiful colors and always makes sure I am happy with my service. I will not go anywhere else.
I had a spearmint pedicure done here. I spent $75 including tip. I believe it received a relatively good service. I however could tell the man who worked on my feet was talking about me to his coworker next to him. They would look at me and laugh. I work at a restaurant as a manager. Listen my first time and LAST time.. My experience.. $104.00 looking like this after 2 days and after 5… 2 off.. what a joke
Pedicure was trash. Barely cleaned my feet at all. The scrubbing of my heel and feet was extremely brief and not good at all. The massage was lackluster at best. No pressure at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The one star was for the complimentary water and the decor of the salon. The guy can’t paint toes if your massage chair is on which is insane. Don’t waste your money, you can find better.
Updated review: A couple of weeks ago I was texted by someone at the business with an apology and explanation about the mix up. I was given a gift card in attempt to make things right. I do appreciate the gesture and them trying to make it right. I did go get my next fill in there today. The service was okay, not great but not awful. My nails are okay.
