Specialties Lumberyard specializes in classic American dishes with contemporary flare. It may sound like your mother's meatloaf but it comes with the chef's wild mushroom demiglaze. Fried zucchini comes in planks - with a killer aioli. Prime Steaks are seared on the extra hot plancha and come with perfect side dishes - like bleu mac n' cheese with the New York and fresh spinach and whipped potatoes with the 16oz Rib Eye. Add unique cocktails and fun wine list and you have the makings for a great lunch, brunch or dinner.

Food was pretty good and service was excellent!!!!!
Great place. Everything was delicious and it has a great atmosphere. I had the Meatloaf it was money. Waiter was very friendly and on point.
Great atmosphere and Thanksgiving dinner was delicious!
Sat at the bar last night for a quick bit to eat before seeing a play at the Laguna Playhouse (perfect walking distance from the theater). Johnny at the bar knew we had the play to go to, so he made sure we were on time to head out. I had the tacos and dinner salad from the small bites menu with a glass of Chardonnay. It was a perfect dinner! My friend had the calamari and Caesar salad, also from the small bites dinner. Everything was perfect! Tacos were a bit messy to eat by hand since the tortilla soaked thru quickly, but ... read more
I just had the best calamari I have ever had. House made Kung pao sauce with toasted peanuts set it off perfectly. Loved it!!!
Walnut waffle was yummy, service and location are great
I ordered the espresso rubbed ribeye and rubbed is not he word I would use. Drenched is a better statement far too much sauce and it drown about th flavor of the beef. Potato s on the side were bland. My wife had the porkchops and I would have gladly traded with her.her side of corn on the cob was prepared outstandingly. I would go back for that, but not the steak
The lumberyard has never let me down. The service is 100% the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and goodness gracious THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. It's perfect for every occasion.
