I wish I could give a zero. Ordered 30 boxes online and got a confirmation from the store that my order is ready to pick up. As I was almost done with loading, I discovered 2 boxes damaged than another 5. When I asked what happened, the employee said another store picked up 10 yesterday, and I guess left the damaged ones back. No one even checked to see if my order was complete before letting another store take the other boxes. Called customer service, nothing. The manager is useless. No apology. Recently went to LL Flooring in Milford and Tevon and Cliff were both super helpful and kind, making sure we got just what we needed. We were very pleased.
My experiences with the team have been great. Cliff and Tevon helped me tremendously. I was very picky when selecting a floor so I went back numerous times for samples and every time they were nice and willing to help. After purchasing the floor the transitions didn't arrive yet, but they provided the tracks so I could do the installation and pop the transitions in when they arrived. They were attentive and helpful every step of the way and a great crew to work with!
The associates William & Charles were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional! They made my difficult decision very easy with their many selections, ideas and recommendations! Thank you! I will definitely recommend this store!
