Thorin was great!! He did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. He was able to walk us through all different types of floors and helped us choose what was best for us. We had a wonderful experience here, and we highly recommend.
Very friendly customer service. The employee Thorin Sanders really knows his stuff and helps anyway he can.
I only give a poor review for this company due to their return of defective wood policy. The store personnel were initially very nice and attentive and gave me good service during the ordering process. No complaints!! My problem is not standing behind the quality of their product. The return policy was never discussed - even tho I asked the salesperson how the process worked - because I had never bought hardwood before. What should I expect?! The staff here is very friendly, hard working, and dedicated to helping find the best deal! Highly recommend anyone that works here.
