Very friendly customer service. The employee Thorin Sanders really knows his stuff and helps anyway he can.
I only give a poor review for this company due to their return of defective wood policy. The store personnel were initially very nice and attentive and gave me good service during the ordering process. No complaints!! My problem is not standing behind the quality of their product. The return policy was never discussed - even tho I asked the salesperson how the process worked - because I had never bought hardwood before. What should I expect?! The staff here is very friendly, hard working, and dedicated to helping find the best deal! Highly recommend anyone that works here.
They have a great selection of flooring. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Thoren and Troy had great product knowledge and prices were very affordable. They welcomed us as soon as we stepped in the store. We will be visiting this store again in the future for all of our flooring needs.
