Had the pleasure of working with Colton, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Highly recommend working with him!
Just got some boxes to put in my floor and it looks really nice. The two gentleman working there did a nice job helping me decide which flooring to purchase. Were great to work with and help me find the solution for my project. Somehow I ordered an entire extra box and they were able to waive the restocking fee for me which is also very beneficial this time of year. Will definitely go back the here for future flooring needs. Knowledgeable and the flooring came in quickly.
Buyer Beware: Would give less than 1 star if I could. We bought flooring from LL Flooring in August of 2024, they “conveniently” went out of business and rebranded as Lumber Liquidators. Within the first month we noticed imperfections in our flooring. After a year we are noticing more and more. We ran this flooring throughout most of our house. Our “lifetime” warranty is now null and void since the company rebranded. We get no help. We spent thousands on materials covering over 2000 sq ft of flooring. Now we are afraid it wo... read more
