Please check out the complaints/ reviews against Lumber Liquidators before you buy! Unfortunately, we did not. We purchased approx 677sf (\$3000) of hardwood BEFORE reading the complaints. We tried to return the product 2 days after we bought it. Sam, the manager told us he could not refund our money even though the invoice clearly stated we had 30 days to return it.He would only give us store credit. He told us to call customer service, which we did. Customer service tells us they will withhold 20% restocking fee(approx \$6... read more
