Purchased $10,000 worth of hardwood flooring from this company and six months after installation, the flooring in the basement is ruined due to poor installation (insufficient clearance left for expansion). Now the flooring in our basement is humped up by 3" and must be replaced. Poor installation, poor customer service. Will never purchase from them again at any price.
I was referred to this place by a friend but I didn't find the hardwood flooring I was looking for. Prices were low on laminate if that's what you need.
I needed a bit of bamboo flooring to rebuild a closet. I took in some of the old flooring to match and I found a pretty close match. I bought a case and they carried it out to the car for me (yeah!). Then when I got home and was preparing to install it I noticed that it was NOT the color that was on display in the store. I had to finish in the next 24 hours, so taking it back was not an option. Plus they charge a 10% restocking fee. Always check the product multiple times before you sign on the dotted line.
I am so thankful for the helpful staff at Lumber Liquidators in Selma..they were so knowledge and patient with me while making the decision on flooring..I had 2 rooms, 3 closets and a hallway done and am so very pleased..I am replacing all carpet thru out the house..master bedroom and closet next and in a few months the living and dining area. .Lumber Liquidators will be doing it all because from selecting to installation was a pleasant experience.. We had a very pleasant experience with the staff at Lumber Liquidators! We bought over 1500 sq ft of flooring, installed it ourselves and were able to return all items we did not use for full refund. I called them on several occasions for assistance while we were installing our floors and they were always willing to take their time to help us.
Note sure I would use this company for a major renovation but for small projects I have worked on they have been great.
Got our hardwood floors here. Got a great deal as they ordered the same order twice for someone since it was on backorder. We got it at a great deal since they were trying to get rid of it.
Good price on flooring but price doubled after they came out and measured. Went from $4,505 to over $8 thousand. REALLY??? SMH
Do not use Lumber Liquidators installers. I was told that I would get a great quality installation. The installers were very unprofessional. They left halfway through install because they had to pick up their paycheck. They also had the audacity to ask how much I paid for the install and then told me that I could have saved $400 if I had contacted them directly.
