My Wife and I are very pleased with the Service we have received at Lumber Liquidators. We received specialized help with planning our project by Blake, Michael and Joseph who recommended the most cost effective silent underlayment for our floor. The installation went perfectly and as scheduled. We will definitely be return customers to remodel the rest of our house.
Bought flooring for our bedroom here. Salesman was great and we love the floor. Installed it ourselves and it all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend them for all of your flooring needs.
Worst experience out of 5 estimates. This place is the only one that charged money for the estimate and the only one that can't seem to figure it out. They refuse to give the estimate or my money back. Save yourself the problems the money and the worst customer service in North Hills
Visited the store on 3/12/15 to purchase some Morning Star solid wood bamboo flooring, and underlayment. I purchased a smaller quantity approx one month prior for a bedroom. The service on both visits was excellent. Everything was in stock on both visits. Aaron was very helpful and both employees were quick to get my order loaded in the truck
I paid 987.00 for laminate flooring from this company. They didn't have it in sick and told me they would have to order it. A couple days later I found out my client didn't want the flooring. I called the store and a guy told me that since I paid with cash I would get an in store credit so that if I wanted something else I could just buy it when I came back in. Was super excited about the larger selection they were suppose to have got to the store was so disappointed.. For a flooring store their selection was very poor.. Not a lot to look at was handed a catalog but pictures in a magazine aren't the same. I could order online if I trusted pictures.
Lousy service, will be a week since paidd in full , delivery promised, didn't show, no call. Promised time 8:00am , came at 11:00 left for lunch! Told yesterday would be here at noon to complete ( 5 days in the process of flooring 2 rooms) didn't show , no call( " been busy") now , possibly, tomorrow . Totally unacceptable. (
