25% restocking charge!!! Who does that?? Lumber Liquidators does I changed my original review from one star to 5 stars. Larry, the manager of the Co Springs location didn’t give up on me. I knew the restocking was an issue he didn’t have much control over. We talked and I shared that I needed to buy treads and risers, so he went to work finding me the product.
