Figured I'd buybin store instead of buying online to help the store. No communication. They were supposed to call to set up a delivery day and time. I called once or twice and the orders were never in. One random night at 5pm my wife gets a call, even though I'm the point of contact, and they say they are delivering the next day. She isn't aware of what's going on. They show up with 1 guy to move 10,000lbs of flooring by himself? I did not need all the flooring at once. They were supposed to call and set that up. Showed up at 9 to pick up my order and no one is here. Absolutely unprofessional. As a business owner my self this is unacceptable. People have jobs and time lines to make. If you’re not going to be open for your posted business hours, change them. If your workers aren’t showing up on time, you need to find different employees
