25% restocking charge!!! Who does that?? Lumber Liquidators does I changed my original review from one star to 5 stars. Larry, the manager of the Co Springs location didn’t give up on me. I knew the restocking was an issue he didn’t have much control over. We talked and I shared that I needed to buy treads and risers, so he went to work finding me the product. 25% restocking charge!!! Who does that?? Lumber Liquidators does Every other store allows you to return items for a full refund. Watch these guys. I bought a nailer because they couldn’t confirm the nails they stock would work in the nailer I own. I returned the nailer unused within 12 hrs of purchase to get hit with the restock fee… They require you to digitally sign and initialize every transaction in 6! Different spots Go to floor and decor instead
