THE UNFINISHED FLOOR BOARDS WERE AVAILABLE A WEEK EARLIER THAN INITIALLY PREDICTED. THE BOARDS WERE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE SERVICE PERSONS LOADED THE FLOORING DIRECTLY INTO OUR TRAILOR. THE WEBSITE WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE. THE SALES PERSON WERE COURTEOUS AND THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED WHAT WE WERE GETTING.

Just bought 570 sq feet of flooring from Larry. We were there for less than 30 minutes, super efficient and easy process. Appreciated his transparent communication and honesty. Highly recommend this location for your floors.
We went to the Colorado Springs store on labor day and had wonderful service. We had to purchase 5 more boxes of the tobacco road acacia hardwood flooring to finish our main floor and they helped us out and what a smooth transaction. Thank you for your help.
I went to the lumber liquidator store in Colorado Springs in February 2025. I thought there would be no problem since I had used lumber liquidators in another state for a large flooring job about 10years ago. Boy was I wrong! I bought the flooring which went ok. I put down a 50% deposit knowing when the job was completed I would pay the balance. I was called about a month after my order to come in a pay the full amount. I was surprised but I paid it.
