Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered vinyl flooring for home renovation and called on the estimated delivery date and was basically told hmm weird should have been here but wasn't on the truck, proceeded to wait another week same thing happened again until spoke to case manager after 3 other calls and emails to finally have them actually look into where the order was, just to find out they didn't order it when we paid for it. So then they said they ordered it and she be here at this date. Called again 7 times on that date ... read more
Only one person in there trying to help lots of customers. Didn't work for me. Also, didn't like the fact that they want $50 to give estimates. Went with one of their local comperitors.
They were advertising a sale for up to 90% off however when I came by, they didn't have any sale prices up and had gave an excuse of two companies merging so the sale was not at their store. Some of the items that had shown online to be on sale, their excuse was they planned on keeping it and not liquidating it in a bankruptcy or any other proceedings so they were going to keep it at the regular price.
