Purchased flooring and paid for install for my entire home 4 years ago. The flooring is coming apart now and LL advised they are not responsible for the warranty work, which is a lifetime warranty. They filed bankruptcy last year and reopened with a $ sign in their name, instead of an S. Same company, will not honor their warranty. What a joke of a business.
Tashena helped me find my samples, she was quick and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for future project !
