I am a contractor in Columbia. I have been dealing with Lumber Liquidators of Columbia for quite some time. Zach and Jeff always been top notch and very professional. Always eager to help and never fail to go above and behind to make sure me or my customers are taken care of. I recommend all of my clients to visit them for flooring options. If their was a 6th star available. I would have chosen it.
Zach was knowledgeable and friendly and I felt confident I was getting exactly what I needed. Install team was also great and I love my new floor!

Complete waste of my time. I'm a female, and as is typical of some businesses that are accustomed to dealing with male customers, I was given the runaround. Don't underestimate someone because of their gender. I happen to be co-owner of a contracting business for over 20 years. However, I don't disclose that detail when it's not necessary. Bought Clear Lake Chesnut and had been poorly installed, quality is poor and LL didn’t bot stand being their work. We have up and will replace with another company at some point. Run far away from this company.
