I would give less if I could but they are absolutely horrible! Said I have a clogged coil, WITHOUT even checking the coil. So how would you know that’s the issue?! Basically told me that the inside unit is old and needs to be replaced which is what is causing the issue and more cost effective than the coil being unclogged. AC stopped working on Saturday afternoon. Contacted my warranty company and LUMART HVAC ENGINEERING LLC contacted me almost immediately. They came out the very next morning and had me chillin by 10 AM. They were very knowledgeable and informative, keeping me up to date every step of the way.

Lumart made it out to diagnose and replace our capacitor within 4 hours of the service call. Prentice took the time to explain what was going on and gave tips on how to make the AC unit work most efficiently. Not sure about the past reviews but they were great today!

Like others have experienced, my home warranty company sent Lumart to check out my AC system. I guess Lumart must get the majority of their customers through home warranty companies because I don't know who would hire a company with a 1.5 star rating. Lumart tried to get me to pay them $1500 to relocate one of my AC units by claiming they didn't have enough access space. This is despite having many other companies service my AC unit over the years. Stear clear!

I could not have been more pleased. Excellent service. The technician answered all my questions and gave helpful information. Would highly recommend.
