Hosted my holiday party there and was disappointed. The room wasn't ready on time. Appetizers were slow as was service. They served the wrong food to the wrong people. Just not the level of service expected and the restaurant did nothing to make it right.
We've been to Luma about a half of a dozen times; each time at their chef's table. We have never been disappointed. Their dishes are yummy, creative, with a beautiful balance of tastes, textures, and temperatures. It is the perfect way yo spend a special occasion. Their bar features some really delicious cocktails including a habenero martini that I did not think I would like (waiter recommendation) -- just delicious. I have been coming to this establishment for about 7 years now. One of the first places my husband (back then friends) took me on a date and we now celebrate most of our birthdays and anniversaries there. The staff literally treats you like family, out of all the times we have come we have never had a bad experience, on the contrary it gets better every time. Thank you for providing such a unique experience, we have beautiful memories here and look forward to making more.

This has got to be the best place on planet earth for food, everything was perfect down to the waiters and waitresses, i fell in love with all of the food, Doug was our waiter and he made my experience the best of my life
