I would never recommend Luma to anyone. I beg you to ask around town and I guarantee you’ll find someone who is unhappy with this company. Guillermo is a great salesman. But do not expect ownership of the flooring install, standing behind the quality of the wood, the quality of his crew’s install or for him to provide viable solutions to any problems that arise.
