Sorry... something has changed with this place. In the past it was a fantastic place with friendly fun faces. Now... the folks that work there and the boss/owner are so nasty. If you are not a fan of kids, who after feeding them sugar are going to be a bit crazy, then don’t own/work at this place !!! The frozen yogurt is fantastic... maybe best to take it to go!!!
We have been coming to Lulus since the first owner had it. The yogurt is great but the costumer service is awful. I keep going hoping it will get better but today was my last day. The bathrooms were disgusting and the girl at the front counter was extremely rude to my husband and kids. I am sad about not going back but I won't go back when these teenagers don't know how to treat customers if they are even out to talk to them.
