Beautiful arrangements, and such talented staff!
Beautiful ...exotic....fresh... they have it !!
Never got the valentine's gift of flowers and candy my boyfriend ordered to have delivered. Boyfriend lives out of state so this was a pretty big deal for us. Staff couldn't explain why I didn't receive them as they were loaded for delivery this morning. I was told they would find out what happened and get back back with me but they never did...Now they're closed until Monday.... Highly disappointed considering the high praise I'd previously heard about Lulu's....Happy Valentine's to us I guess...
My husband ordered me flowers for our 10 year anniversary. Not only did the arrangement look nothing like what he ordered, the flowers they used were not fresh at all. Almost everything in the arrangement was wilted within 1-2 days. I emailed to complain, but never got a response. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend to anyone.
Such AWSOME arrangements for any occasion!!!! This lady is blessed with her insightful talent!!!! Ms. Susan Hearne and owner of Lulu's is the bomb!!! Everything there is just beautiful!!
My husband ordered flowers for my birthday a week before they needed to be delivered. I left work at 5 and had to go back up there to pick up my flowers. He called the flower shop and she said she had been busy and was just leaving to do her deliveries. AT 5 PM, when most people, not all, work an 8-5 job. I called and she told me she had been by herself since 2pm. My husband paid over $100 for flowers to be delivered on my birthday as a surprise.
