I want to give a huge shout out and thanks to all the Lulu staff at Novi and especially to Jodi Friedman for the Ready. Set. Run event this morning. This was my first time visiting a Lulu store and attending an event. It was so well-organized, everyone was helpful, and the workout absolutely kicked this runner's butt! The Ready Set Run event this morning at the store was amazing! Challenging boot camp and great information about stretching and how to use a foam roller. And icing on the cake - a great pair of new pants!!!
