I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at the Summit Birmingham Lululemon store. On 1-2-23 at noon, I was subjected to racial slurs and discrimination while attempting to obtain a refund for items purchased within 24 hours, as covered under the store's Quality Promise policy. Despite video and audio recordings that show I was not being hostile or rude, the store refused to honor the Quality Promise and falsely claimed that the items in question were stolen.
