RecommendedI love the community. I felt very safe when i lived there!!!
Management changed recently and received notice about Water/Sewer, it has been mentioned that they are going to measure the usage based on unit size, total occupants and square footage, not sure how they measure the usage. now i received bill which is two times more, when i called leasing office and she is not able to answer my questions. very poor management and it is more cost to the residents.
I absolutely love it here. It’s quiet, safe, everybody is friendly!

My family and I have lived here for about 9 months now. Lullwater has been a very good community to live in. It's very close to the Lexington County schools and to local stores and activities. They have a very good maintenance program and they keep the grounds very nice. Our kids love the pool and play ground. It's an excellent place to raise our kids. Thank you very much for all the help that the staff has provided.
Staying at Lullwater for the past two years have given me a great experience. The staff are friendly and kind. They have gone beyond to make sure we are satisfied as a resident. Never had any issue. Also the area of this location is perfect. Every store we may need is on the same street ! My friends and family love my apartment. It is very spacious.
My wife and I moved to Lullwater about three years ago when we decided to downsize from the house we had been living in for many years.. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff is remarkable and any issue is addressed quickly and efficiently. We recently switched units and could not believe how smoothly the staff facilitated the move.
I moved here a few years ago and have been more than satisfied. The apartments are nice and big. The property is pretty and kept up with. The clubhouse is beautiful. The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to fix things. Definitely feel at home here!
I love lullwater! The front office staff is really friendly and helpful! There are so many more benefits to living here than just being close to everything! Today the office staff was serving us breakfast to go � they are amazing people! I look forward to being here for many years to come!
